B&H Rebate Instructions

As a benefit of full Individual or Family membership, the Club will rebate commissions it receives from B&H (3%) on purchases made by members utilizing the merchants' icon  click through on the club website. Commissions are based on the net purchase price of the items ordered and purchased. To be eligible for the rebates on purchases at.

They also must adhere to the following:

1. The purchase must be made online, phone orders do not apply, by clicking the B&H this will direct you to that merchant and provide them with correct information to provide the commission.
2. After completing your order and receiving the email order confirmation forward a copy of that order confirmation by email to rebate@ridgewoodcameraclub.net  . If you want to be reimbursed electronically  by PayPal, which is preferred , include your PayPal ID.
3. The rebate will sent via PayPal, or by mail approximately 60 days from the end of the month in which the purchase occurred.  This period may vary depending on the time  B&H takes to process the commissions. B&H commissions must total a minimum of $80 in a month for the total club rebates for B&H to distribute.
4. At the discretion of the Treasurer, checks may be mailed if delays are anticipated.
5. Checks not claimed or cashed within 90 days of the date written will be voided and the commission amounts returned to the Club treasury.
