Exhibitor must be a Bergen County Resident and 17 & older to participate. Registration is free

Set-up 9 am; jurying begins 10:30 am; show opens 11 am; awards ceremony 3:30 pm.

Each category receives ribbons and cash prizes

BEST IN SHOW: $400; 1st PLACE: $140; 2nd PLACE: $125;

3rd PLACE: $100; HONORABLE MENTION: $75

*IMPORTANT: New County Treasury Payment Policy requires prize winners to complete a

w9; 2 disclaimer forms; a “Vendor Info Form”;

and apply for a NJ Business Registration Certificate, (BRC)

The sale of artwork is permitted but juried work MUST remain on display until 4:30 pm.

Spaces measure approximately 6’ high x 8’ wide each.
